Welcome to Synk.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Synk mobile application ("App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Synk is a sensory puzzle game designed for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any unauthorized or harmful purpose

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer optional in-app purchases, including subscriptions.

• Payments are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings
• No refunds are provided except as required by applicable law or platform policies
